School Photo Day is Wednesday September 18^th

Artona will be on site to take a picture of each student for their Student Card and Yearbook.

Each student will typically have 2 photos taken and will go on-line to choose the photo they want for their student card and yearbook. 

If families like the photo, they may purchase a photo package from Artona.

Each student will be given an access card at their photo session.  It includes their personal ordering code.  The family can go to Artona.ca ~ 1-2 days after the photo session to see the pictures.  Instructions on choosing the yearbook/ID photo as well as for ordering packages can be found on the access card.

If a family would like to purchase a package, but are not happy with the photos, please see instructions below for photo Make-Up Day.

 Photo Make-Up Day Tuesday October 15^th

Artona will be on site for:

1. Photos of students who were absent on original photo day 
2. Artona sends photographers based on the number of ‘absent students’ and pre-arranged retakes.
   1. If you are requiring a retake, you will need to complete this on-line form by Wednesday October 9^th.
      • The form opens at 5PM on September 21^ST  (most original photos should be on the Artona website by this day)
      • The form closes at 3PM on October 9^th (so that we can let Artona know how many photographers we require for retake day)

2. Retakes will ONLY be done for the purpose of purchasing a package from Artona or if the students’ eyes/face are covered and the school can not identify them on their student card. 
   
   Retakes will not be done for students who did not like the photo and want to change the photo for their student card/Yearbook photo.
